Support enterprise cardiovascular quality improvement and clinical research by analyzing clinical datasets, developing dashboards and reports, performing cohort development and statistical analyses, ensuring regulatory and data governance compliance, and communicating findings to clinical and operational stakeholders to inform quality and research initiatives.

Lead and oversee middle- and back-end revenue cycle functions including charge entry, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, patient collections, vendor AR management, and revenue integrity to improve reimbursement and cash flow.

Provide in-house legal support focused on drafting, negotiating, and managing vendor, technology, and healthcare agreements; advise on healthcare regulatory and MSO practice management issues; partner with executives, manage outside counsel, develop legal training, and champion CLM adoption.

Support clinical research and quality activities by abstracting and validating clinical data from EHRs, performing source data verification and data quality checks, conducting literature reviews, assisting protocol and manuscript preparation, and supporting registry and quality improvement projects while maintaining GCP and HIPAA compliance.

Lead APP strategy and operations for a cardiology MSO: optimize APP utilization, standardize roles and workflows, design compensation models, support quality and value-based care initiatives, and partner with clinical and operations leaders to scale CVAUSA care models across inpatient and outpatient settings.
