Leads employee experience programs across onboarding, offboarding, engagement, culture, workplace experience, communications, wellness, events, recognition, and employee lifecycle operations. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, Communications, managers, and leaders to improve employee connection and belonging. Owns engagement surveys, feedback analysis, action planning, Insights Discovery administration, and high-touch candidate and employee experiences.

The Assistant Controller will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; oversee revenue recognition, equity compensation, clinical trial accruals, reconciliations, and SOX internal controls; and support public company reporting and audits. The role will research technical accounting matters, mentor and build the accounting team, partner cross-functionally, and lead accounting-system, automation, and AI integration initiatives as the company progresses toward Phase 3 trials and commercial readiness.
