Administers and supports enterprise and SaaS business applications, including Oracle JD Edwards, while managing user access, security roles, troubleshooting, upgrades, reporting, integrations, and data integrity. Partners with business users, vendors, and technical teams to resolve issues, document processes, support projects, and improve workflows through automation and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Produces reports and dashboards using SQL and related tools, supports audits, and contributes to application enhancements and AI initiatives.

Supports accounts receivable operations for assigned properties by processing payments, invoices, adjustments, refunds, late fees, and bad debt write-offs. Reconciles client accounts, resolves discrepancies, tracks aging and outstanding receivables, prepares reporting packages, and maintains records in JD Edwards and VersaPay. Coordinates with tenants, property management, accounting, legal, and regional controllers while providing guidance to A/R staff and supporting bank reconciliations.

The Accounts Payable Coordinator processes invoices, manages payment inquiries, ensures proper coding, handles vendor communications, and assists with audits.
