Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, publishing, testing, and troubleshooting while reviewing code for quality and security. Implement technical SEO, analytics, conversion tracking, integrations, performance improvements, and QA. Manage themes, plugins, staging, deployment, backups, and website security while supporting scalable publishing workflows and collaborating with marketing and business teams.

Build and manage BFG’s nationwide professional partner network across CPA, CFO, bookkeeping, tax, and sales categories. Responsibilities include partner research, outreach, qualification, onboarding, relationship management, CRM and workflow development, project execution, SOP creation, reporting, AI-enabled productivity, and future team leadership. The role owns partner growth, activation, retention, commercial impact, and operational accuracy, with a path toward Head of Partner Network Operations.

Writes SEO-focused blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and educational content on accounting, tax, payroll, and business topics. Researches unfamiliar subjects, develops structured AI prompts, uses AI tools for ideation and drafting, fact-checks content, edits AI-generated material, follows briefs and brand guidelines, incorporates feedback, and meets deadlines. The role requires strong communication, English writing, attention to detail, and critical evaluation of AI-assisted content.

Generate qualified appointments through outbound prospecting and lead nurturing: research prospects, conduct outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, text), qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings, maintain Zoho CRM records, and track performance against KPIs.
