The Process Mechanical Designer will assist in the design of mechanical piping and equipment layouts for water and wastewater facilities, ensure accuracy in project specifications, and develop detailed mechanical drawings.

Lead client growth strategy and manage a portfolio of technology-sector clients in environmental engineering. Drive pursuit leadership, cross-functional alignment, profitable delivery, and team mentorship while spending regular time in client engagement and achieving revenue, margin, and backlog targets.

Design and develop electrical systems and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, including cable tray, conduit, lighting, devices, and circuit layouts. Coordinate cross-discipline models, manage equipment/panel schedules, ensure regulatory and project requirements are met, and mentor junior staff. Work with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment within engineer-defined scope.
