Summer interns gain hands-on exposure to financial planning, investments, client service, advisory work, and wealth management operations. Responsibilities include observing client meetings, supporting team preparation, completing meaningful projects, participating in mock client presentations, collaborating across departments, and engaging in professional development, mentorship, and community activities. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time analyst role after graduation.

Manage day-to-day client service teams, act as primary client contact, review portfolios, prepare deliverables (CNA, SAA, VFA), recommend strategies, approve trades and rebalances, execute post-meeting actions, coordinate with Tax/Investments/Estate Planning, mentor team members, and maintain CRM and Wealth Management Scorecard.

The Business Development Specialist will support the sales process, manage client information, create proposals, and ensure performance reporting, driving company growth.
