Perform data conversion and validation for customer migrations to the basys platform: test conversion programs, map and analyze data, coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, run conversions, and support validation and Go Live activities.

Work with business analysts and customers to gather requirements, design and build documents/forms/templates, map data fields, configure workflows in proprietary basys software, test and troubleshoot integrations, and use BI tools and generative AI to accelerate delivery.

Serve as post-sale trusted advisor owning onboarding through expansion, driving product adoption, reducing churn, forecasting growth, executing success plans, running QBRs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and using customer data and generative AI to deliver measurable outcomes and revenue expansion.

Work with clients and internal teams to implement, configure, test, and train on benefits administration software. Elicit and translate business needs into requirements and user stories, prioritize multiple projects, engage stakeholders, troubleshoot application issues, and maintain deep product knowledge.

Design, build, and maintain automated and manual tests and frameworks to ensure software quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, execute test suites in CI/CD, report defects, and improve automation coverage and processes. Support functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud platform infrastructure; create IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation; develop CI/CD pipelines; implement monitoring, logging, IAM, and SIEM; ensure security and regulatory compliance; resolve incidents, optimize performance, and lead cross-team platform projects while participating in on-call rotation.

Lead complex data migration efforts for customers. Oversee the migration lifecycle, ensure data accuracy, and mentor junior team members.
