Lead customer-facing enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, stakeholders, requirements, proposals, documentation, training, and transition to support. Collaborate across professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services to deliver projects on time and within budget while improving project processes and portfolio performance.

Design, build, and maintain a scalable cloud platform using IaC and CI/CD. Lead DevOps/SRE practices, implement monitoring, security and compliance (SOC2/HIPAA/NIST), manage containers, troubleshoot infrastructure, and participate in on-call rotation while driving cross-team delivery.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud platform infrastructure; create IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation); develop CI/CD pipelines; implement monitoring, security (IAM, SIEM, firewalls) and compliance; troubleshoot and optimize performance; lead projects, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in on-call rotation, and leverage generative AI tools to improve delivery.

Manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle to drive adoption, retention, and revenue expansion. Build measurable success plans, surface expansion opportunities, mitigate churn via data-driven engagement, run QBRs, maintain CRM hygiene, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver customer value and influence product and GTM strategy.

Lead and manage a software engineering team to deliver scalable, secure SaaS applications. Drive development best practices (code review, testing, CI/CD), align technical execution with business goals, mentor engineers, participate in architecture and design, monitor KPIs, and integrate generative AI tools to improve productivity. Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration in an Agile environment.

Support implementation and configuration of benefits administration software by gathering requirements, translating needs into user stories, testing end-to-end functionality, training customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Design, build, and maintain data warehouse infrastructure, semantic/dimensional models, metrics layer, and BI dashboards (Sigma, Power BI, Databricks). Build secure ELT pipelines, enforce governance and row-level security (Entra ID), enable self-service analytics and AI/ML integrations, triage BI issues, train stakeholders, and collaborate in Agile to deliver reliable, performant reporting and curated data products.
