The role also provides general Human Capital support and uses generative AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.

Leads compensation, benefits, and HR operations, including merit cycles, pay equity, benefits administration, compliance, vendor management, HRIS data integrity, workforce cost analysis, and process improvement. Advises senior leaders on total rewards strategy, manages an HR Operations Specialist, supports human capital projects, and uses AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.

Leads the ISSI platform engineering organization, owning strategy, execution, budgets, staffing, roadmaps, technical standards, and delivery across multiple teams. Manages engineering leaders, individual contributors, and offshore vendors while partnering with executives on priorities and outcomes. Oversees scalable, secure software delivery, architecture governance, hiring, performance management, process improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies including generative AI.

Designs and maintains data warehouse infrastructure, semantic and dimensional models, metrics layers, dashboards, reporting, and secure data pipelines. Builds governed self-service analytics in Sigma, Power BI, and Databricks; defines KPIs and data standards; implements row-level security and Entra ID controls; supports data quality, observability, AI/ML use cases, and BI adoption. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders in an Agile-Scrum environment.

Lead customer-facing enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to support. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, margins, forecasts, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Facilitate requirements gathering, proposals, engineering coordination, training, knowledge transfer, and process improvements while ensuring projects meet business objectives and delivery commitments.

Architects, develops, and maintains scalable cloud platforms supporting software development and deployment. Builds infrastructure with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, IAM, security controls, and automation. Troubleshoots and optimizes cloud infrastructure, plans scaling, modernizes legacy environments, and supports DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, and compliance initiatives. Leads cross-functional projects, writes production-quality code, uses generative AI tools, and participates in on-call support.

Build and execute Bridgeway’s outbound lead-generation process through high-volume calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, account research, qualification, and CRM logging. Maintain accurate data, follow scripts, handle objections, collaborate with Account Executives, identify market feedback, and meet quotas for qualified meetings and sales-qualified opportunities. This is a remote, early-career role and the company’s first SDR position.

Own full-cycle net-new enterprise SaaS sales to public sector pension systems, including prospecting, RFP navigation, demonstrations, executive and board presentations, negotiation, and closing. Build territory strategy, manage pipeline and forecasting, navigate state and local procurement, maintain senior stakeholder relationships, and consistently achieve quota. The role requires extensive public sector/SLED sales experience and travel for finalist presentations, conferences, and customer visits.

Leads Scrum delivery across multiple product and platform teams, facilitates ceremonies, removes impediments, mentors Scrum Masters, and drives Agile adoption and continuous improvement. Partners with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and senior management to improve delivery predictability, prioritize backlogs, track metrics, manage risks, and establish consistent processes. Uses Azure DevOps and generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and delivery quality.

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement, configure, test, and train users on benefits administration software. Gather and translate stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, and solution documentation. Manage multiple implementation projects, including eligibility files and module installations. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, resolve application and configuration issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and product functionality.

Work with Business Analysts and customers to gather requirements, design and configure documents/forms, build complex templates and reports, map data sources, implement workflows in proprietary basys software, test and troubleshoot solutions, and use generative AI tools to accelerate delivery.
