Lead recruiters and HR business partners, partner with Legal and Finance, build scalable programs and dashboards, advise executives on organizational and talent decisions, and report people metrics to leadership and the board.

Own a portfolio of ~18 telehealth partners to drive retention and commercial growth. Lead renewals, quantify ROI, run QBRs, manage partner health scores, identify expansion opportunities, negotiate terms, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver service expansions and resolve operational questions. Serve as the strategic partner contact and ensure partners view Bridge as essential infrastructure.
