Breezeway Benefits Overview

Sell additional Breezeway products to existing customers to expand adoption and account revenue. Conduct online demos and webinars, manage opportunities in HubSpot, collaborate with Sales and Client Experience on strategy, strengthen client relationships, and position Breezeway against competitors. Occasional travel may be required.

Lead Breezeway's post-sale organization by defining customer experience strategy, managing customer success, and optimizing implementation and support operations. Drive retention and operational efficiency while developing a high-performance CX team.
