Lead Breaktimes fundraising strategy and team to grow philanthropic, institutional, and government revenue. Personally cultivate and close major six- and seven-figure gifts, build scalable revenue streams and donor pipelines, oversee development operations and CRM, support CEO and Board engagement, and manage forecasting, budgeting, and a high-performing development staff to help raise $10M+ annually.

Manage day-to-day office administration and building operations, including access control, space calendar, mail and inventory, vendor coordination, basic IT troubleshooting, event logistics, and serving as backup for cash/check processing. Maintain digital and physical filing, support onboarding/offboarding, track expenses and purchasing, handle confidential materials, and draft SOPs to keep the workspace safe, efficient, and welcoming.

Lead design, iteration, and implementation of youth workforce curricula; manage up to five facilitators; ensure operational compliance and data-driven improvements via Salesforce; coordinate cross-team processes and partner relations; support in-person and virtual program delivery and occasional travel to satellite sites.
