Lead company technology vision and strategy, oversee R&D and deployment of software solutions, build and manage a high-performing engineering team, align technology with business goals, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Lead academic program managing ~100 students and 10–12 tutors. Track student progress, set and meet educational targets, develop strategies to improve learning and tutor effectiveness, monitor/report performance, and collaborate with staff to enhance the learning experience.

Drive sales by developing and executing strategies to meet targets; build and maintain customer relationships; communicate product value; prepare account and sales activity reports; collaborate with team members and travel as needed to support international operations.

Provide personalized SAT, TOEFL, and IELTS tutoring, develop customized study plans, guide students through international application processes, monitor progress, and adapt teaching to student needs while staying current on test and admissions changes.

Represent the ISP community by sharing your experience, nominating qualified applicants, and offering feedback to improve the program. Promote ISP to your network and participate in alumni events.

Drive Brainlynes regional growth by developing and executing regional strategies, building stakeholder relationships, representing the company at events, supervising market expansion efforts, and providing feedback to the central team to inform broader strategy.

Lead and manage cohorts of 15–25 Moroccan students on 1–2 week academic and cultural trips to the U.S., ensuring safety, coordinating logistics, facilitating activities, advising students, liaising with providers, handling unexpected issues, and submitting daily reports.
