Leads Boostlingo’s SMB and mid-market sales organization, managing seven Account Executives and scaling the team. Responsibilities include developing sales and go-to-market strategies, coaching and hiring, forecasting, pipeline generation, account-based selling, territory planning, onboarding, performance management, trade show execution, and adopting AI and sales technologies. The role partners with sales and revenue leadership to improve sales discipline, accelerate AE ramp, strengthen forecasting, and drive revenue growth. Travel of up to 50% is required.

The Senior Product Manager will lead AI-native product development, driving prototypes, defining UX, technical direction, and product strategy, while owning outcomes and ensuring effective integration of AI systems.
