Maintain and ensure database accuracy, backups, security, and integrity. Develop and implement data standards and procedures, coordinate data collection, monitor compliance, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with IT to optimize data management.

Serve as primary contact for major clients, build deep relationships, understand client objectives, propose data solutions, resolve issues, coordinate internal teams, drive upsell/cross-sell, and report account performance and forecasts.

Develop, maintain, and scale user-focused web and mobile applications. Write clean HTML/CSS/JavaScript, integrate back-end services and databases, collaborate with designers, document solutions, apply security and best practices, and stay current with web technologies.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage schedule, travel, communications, email, reports and presentations; coordinate across departments; improve processes; maintain confidentiality; act as CEO brand ambassador.

Provide first-line customer support via email, phone, and chat; troubleshoot product issues, log incidents, monitor social media complaints, relay feedback to Product/Sales/Marketing, and assist in training junior reps.
