The role supports classified and unclassified systems and coordinates with program managers, security managers, administrators, network engineers, and authorizing officials.

Administers and optimizes the Defense Logistics Agency’s Okta environment, including deployment, configuration, integrations, maintenance, upgrades, performance analysis, automation, documentation, training, and technical support. Resolves connectivity issues, recommends system enhancements, supports operational systems, and directs system administrators. Requires advanced knowledge of application networking, load balancing, and fault tolerance, plus Okta certification and five years of professional Okta experience.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise Identity Governance solutions, including architecture, risk assessment, automation, systems integration, application development, and secure access.
