Source and engage high-volume and specialized candidates for pharmacy, healthcare, patient services, and operations roles. Build talent pipelines, map labor markets, develop community partnerships, conduct AI-enabled searches, manage outreach campaigns, and deliver qualified candidate lists. Track sourcing metrics, share market insights, support recruiter handoffs, and provide a strong candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions and changing priorities.

Leads the design, scaling, and automation of global People Operations across the US and India. Assesses HR workflows, develops SOPs and process maps, defines Workday-centered infrastructure, writes BRDs, and partners with engineering on AI-enabled solutions. Owns optimization of Workday, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack, while managing cross-functional implementation roadmaps, testing, launches, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement.

Owns Blink Health’s leave of absence and ADA/PWFA accommodations programs, including case management, compliance, documentation, vendor coordination, and return-to-work planning. Partners with HR, legal, payroll, managers, and employees while improving People Operations infrastructure across Workday, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and policy administration. This senior individual contributor role requires expertise in multi-state leave laws, accommodations, HRIS data, confidential employee information, and scalable process design.
