Own digital marketing operations, analytics, attribution, marketing automation, paid media, and organic search strategy. Build HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, audience segments, dashboards, and end-to-end tracking using GTM and GA4. Manage Google, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns, including budgets, bids, conversion tracking, testing, and ROAS optimization. Improve SEO, AI search visibility, pipeline generation, lead conversion, and acquisition costs while partnering with marketing, sales, and RevOps.

Owns complex technical escalations from Product Support through resolution. Investigates bugs, integration failures, authentication issues, and data problems using logs, monitoring, SQL, APIs, and backend tools. Reproduces issues, performs root-cause analysis, manages incident communications, partners with Engineering, verifies fixes, and creates tooling, dashboards, documentation, runbooks, and monitoring improvements to reduce recurring escalations.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts as the primary customer contact, building executive relationships, driving product adoption, retention, and expansion. Develop account strategies, collaborate with Workday and ServiceNow partners, coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, monitor account health and usage data, and deliver executive business reviews. The role requires strong enterprise account management, consultative communication, technical acumen, strategic analysis, and stakeholder management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably HR technology.
