Lead technical discovery, customized product demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and enterprise solution development for Black Kite’s cybersecurity platform. Advise customers and sales teams on third-party cyber risk, integrations, compliance, and technical objections. Support strategic partners, customer enablement, product feedback, and roadmap priorities while helping close complex enterprise sales cycles.

Own innovation projects and product lifecycle activities, including ideation, strategy, vision, roadmapping, execution, market analysis, pricing, competitive analysis, and customer advocacy. Partner with engineering, architecture, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop customer solutions and support product priorities. Report to the Chief Product Officer while driving cross-functional collaboration and communicating customer needs.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, research target accounts, identify decision-makers, nurture leads, generate interest, and schedule qualified meetings. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and achieve revenue goals. Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.

Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases hosted on Google Cloud, particularly Cloud SQL. Responsibilities include SQL query tuning, execution-plan analysis, indexing, maintenance, backups, disaster recovery, high availability, monitoring, and troubleshooting. The role collaborates with engineering teams to improve database performance, reliability, scalability, and security while supporting GCP infrastructure and cloud database operations.
