Delivers post-sales network engineering services, including requirements assessment, solution design, equipment staging, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and client coordination. Manages complex data center networking environments involving routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, DMZs, DDI, routing protocols, and modern switching architectures. Collaborates with clients, vendors, Smart Hands, project managers, and internal teams to meet service-level objectives, resolve issues, improve deployment processes, and enhance service delivery.

Leads multiple large-scale construction and structured cabling or data center projects from planning through completion. Manages project teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, cost forecasting, safety, quality, deliverables, and client relationships. Oversees installation strategies, change management, resource planning, reporting, and financial performance. Supports continuous improvement, employee development, and business expansion while ensuring projects meet schedule, quality, safety, and profitability objectives.

Lead workplace safety and compliance across the Data Center Business Unit while designing, delivering, and improving employee training programs. Responsibilities include OSHA 10- and 30-hour training, safety audits, hazard assessments, incident investigations, new-hire orientation, LMS training records, certification tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional trainers. The role requires strong knowledge of EHS regulations, adult learning, instructional design, and safety culture development. It is remote with 50% travel.

Develop and execute sales strategies for the Industrial Manufacturing sector, generate and onboard new logos, build and manage sales pipelines, negotiate IT services contracts, and grow client revenues. The role requires developing industry relationships, coordinating proposals and delivery handoffs, overseeing account performance and profitability, identifying margin improvements, and collaborating with sales, marketing, delivery, and product teams.
