The Inside Sales Representative manages inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifies leads, engages customers, prepares and follows up on quotations, and maintains accurate CRM records. The role supports pipeline progression, sales reporting, forecasting, customer handoffs, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Field Sales. It also contributes market insights and process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring customer communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and target-oriented sales execution.

Develop and grow sales of hybrid microscopes across the Mid-Atlantic territory. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, prospecting, relationship building with distributors and customers, negotiating configurations and pricing, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with field application scientists and specialists. Overnight travel and lifting 50–60 pounds are expected. Candidates need life science sales or microscopy experience, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with fluorescence microscopy and live cell imaging.
