Lead post-contract planning, executive engagement, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, revenue planning, and growth/expansion opportunities while translating Beacon's scientific capabilities into strategic value for clinical development.

Design, develop, and execute hardware and firmware test plans for EEG and home sleep test systems. Create test procedures, fixtures, and automation; perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing; troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis; document results to meet QMS, safety, and regulatory requirements (FDA/CE/60601); and collaborate with hardware, firmware, and quality teams through product development and manufacturing.

Lead cross-functional product development of FDA-regulated at‑home sleep and EEG devices from concept through commercialization. Define system-level requirements, manage roadmaps, coordinate tradeoffs across hardware/firmware/software/algorithms/manufacturing, run usability and validation activities, and support design control, risk management, and regulatory documentation to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and clinical alignment.

Lead accounting, payroll, revenue recognition, and internal controls. Manage month-end close, invoicing/AP, financial statement preparation, KPI reporting, cash management, and process automation while partnering with leadership on forecasting and headcount planning.

Lead end-to-end biosignal algorithm development for an FDA 510(k) medical device: gather requirements, curate and label data, develop and validate ML/DL models, productionize and maintain algorithms, improve internal ML tooling and best practices (testing, CI/CD, docs), present results to stakeholders, and support client-facing deployment and impact work.

Design and scale backend data infrastructure for Beacon's Datastore: build event-driven pipelines, data models, and APIs; integrate services; draft RFCs; improve operational robustness, documentation, and tooling to support clinical and scientific workflows.

Lead go-to-market strategy for life sciences and diagnostics products. Own launches, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation; create sales enablement and clinical collateral; conduct market and competitive research; track marketing metrics and support demand generation; partner with Clinical, Product, and Sales; and build relationships with KOLs and industry partners.

Develop and verify electromechanical EEG sleep-devices from concept to production. Define system and subsystem requirements, perform V&V and risk management (dFMEA/FMEA), lead root cause analysis, support manufacturing transfers, and document to QMS and regulatory standards while collaborating cross-functionally.
