Baylor Genetics Benefits Overview

Drives sales growth across an assigned region by acquiring new accounts, nurturing existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and analyzing sales performance. The role collaborates with marketing and product teams to communicate product benefits and adapt sales strategies to market trends.

Provides corporate legal counsel to Baylor Genetics and affiliates on securities law, governance, financing, M&A, joint ventures, equity compensation, entity management, compliance, and risk. Advises on strategic transactions from diligence through integration, supports board and shareholder meetings, drafts and negotiates complex agreements, manages policies and external counsel, resolves disputes, and partners with Finance, Compliance, Internal Audit, and management on legal and regulatory matters.

Oversee accounting processes, prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements, manage month-end and year-end close activities, perform reconciliations and journal entries, maintain the general ledger, analyze financial data, improve accounting policies and procedures, coordinate audits, and support cross-functional finance projects.
