Build and operationalize Axuall’s Customer Success function while managing a portfolio of healthcare technology customers. Develop playbooks, engagement models, health scoring, QBR processes, and success metrics; drive platform adoption, satisfaction, and retention; lead customer reviews and risk mitigation; and collaborate with Account Management, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve customer outcomes and support renewals and expansion.

Owns strategy, standards, and best practices for recipe and application/task configuration processes. Analyzes customer workflows, gathers requirements, builds scalable solutions, establishes quality assurance and governance practices, manages intake and prioritization, and drives automation and continuous improvement. The role partners with Product, Client Services, Support, and external providers to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient implementation delivery.

Lead customer implementations and engagements for healthcare clients, establishing implementation strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, risks, and change management. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, measure and communicate success against criteria, drive post-go-live optimization, and improve implementation methodologies to ensure customers realize measurable business outcomes.
