Lead the Northeast regional sales team, coaching Community Program Specialists to achieve sales goals and expand adoption of AED and SaaS emergency-response solutions. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and business systems (NetSuite, Stripe, Shopify). Develop Salesforce customizations (Apex, LWC, Flows), monitor and troubleshoot integrations, ensure data integrity, create reports and dashboards, support migrations, document changes, and train end users while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Python/Django backend services and APIs. Optimize PostgreSQL and Redis, implement Elasticsearch, run Celery background workers, ensure test coverage with pytest, operate distributed low-latency systems, monitor and optimize for reliability and cost, collaborate across teams, and document technical designs and runbooks.
