Audax Group Benefits Overview

Prepares and reviews financial statements, fund-level returns, investor deliverables, MD&A, capital calls, and distributions for private debt funds. Reviews fund administrator work, tracks investments and interest receipts, manages daily cash reconciliations, supports audits, and collaborates with Investor Relations, Tax, FP&A, and deal teams. The role also contributes to fundraising materials, investor requests, tax estimates, and year-end allocations while maintaining compliance, controls, accuracy, and timely communication.

The role involves accounting and reporting for Private Debt Origination, including financial statement preparation, fund administration, and tax preparation.

Support HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, performance review coordination, HRIS data entry and reporting, system testing and documentation, and general HR projects. Coordinate with IT, Payroll, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data, smooth processes, and timely communications across the firm.
