Remote-friendly, hybrid work environment: Artera has hybrid office locations in Santa Barbara, CA, Philadelphia (Wayne), PA, and Budapest, Hungary, where team members typically come in three days a week. Specific frequency can vary depending on your team's needs, manager expectations and/or role responsibilities.

In addition to our U.S. office locations, we are intentionally building geographically concentrated teams in several key metropolitan areas, which we call our “Hiring Hubs.” This hub-based model helps us cultivate strong local connections and team cohesion, even in a distributed environment.     Health Insurance + Wellness

    Dental insurance

    Artera will contribute 80% for employee premium and 50% of dependent premiums. Coverage includes Orthodontia for adults and children.

    Disability insurance

    With our Short-Term and Long-Term Disability plan you can rest easy knowing that you are covered if you become injured or too sick to work.

    Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

    Employees may contribute to a medical or dependent care FSA up to IRS limits to use pre-tax funds for eligible expenses.

    Health insurance

    Artera will contribute 100% of employee premium and 75% of dependent premium of the Medical Mid Plan. HSA eligible HDHP option also available.

    Life insurance

    Artera pays 100% of annual base salary to beneficiaries. Additional voluntary life insurance is also available.

    Pet insurance

    Artera offers pet insurance through Wishbone Pet Insurance as a voluntary benefit. Premiums are employee paid.

    Employees participate in occasional group meditation and yoga sessions. All employees have access to GoPivot, Artera’s wellness app that encourages team challenges such as step, sleep and workouts.

    Vision insurance

    Artera contributes 80% for employee premiums and 50% of dependent premiums. Coverage includes eye exams, lenses, and frames every calendar year with a yearly allowance for lenses/frames or contacts.
