When it comes to Seiji’s journey at Arrive, one factor has continuously fueled his growth: transparency. “At every point in my career, I was given the opportunity to expand my comfort zone and innovate new initiatives,” he said. We support a shadowing program where any designer can spend an hour per week with someone in our logistics operations, watching how they use the software and learning more about their daily tasks.

When she isn’t leading an in-depth training experience or teaching new hires the complexities of being a broker, Mach is most likely praising Arrive’s dynamic to her friends. “There are so many opportunities to shape the culture,” she said.
