The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, investment strategy, and operational rigor, particularly focusing on R&D. They will partner with Engineering, Product, and leadership teams to analyze and forecast financial performance, support financial decision-making, and drive process improvements in budgeting and reporting.

Manage Starlink reseller orders from intake through fulfillment, coordinating provisioning, logistics, billing, and issue resolution. Serve as a day-to-day contact for reseller accounts, support onboarding and renewal readiness, monitor account health, and escalate risks. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Support teams; maintain CRM and order records; improve processes and documentation; and report on order volumes, fulfillment timelines, account activity, and reseller satisfaction.

Manage Armada's public sector channel partnerships to drive co-sell revenue across federal, state, local, and education verticals. Source and manage deals via distributors (e.g., Carahsoft), coordinate seller pairings, own deal registration and compliance, enable sales teams, report performance metrics, and support joint marketing and account-based campaigns to accelerate pipeline and closures.
