Provides administrative HR support including onboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting recruitment and payroll/timekeeping tasks, responding to routine employee questions, organizing trainings/events, and ensuring confidentiality.

Enter, update, and verify data in company systems; maintain organized records; correct errors; generate basic reports; handle sensitive information confidentially and assist with administrative tasks to meet deadlines.

Design and build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces and server-side systems. Develop features with modern frameworks, integrate APIs, database work, create UI/UX prototypes, test end-to-end, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile applications.

Answer incoming customer calls, identify needs, resolve account/billing/service questions, document interactions, follow scripts and compliance, escalate complex issues, meet quality and satisfaction targets, and collaborate with team members.

Provide general office support including managing calendars, communications, documents, filing, meeting prep, travel coordination, supplies, and assisting team members to maintain workflow.

Manage office systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency: design digital filing, handle complex executive scheduling, coordinate projects and vendor/facility management, prepare KPI and budget reports, plan domestic and international travel, support HR onboarding, and manage internal communications. Requires advanced office-suite and collaboration tool skills.

Serve as primary client contact via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot complex product issues; onboard and train new clients; maintain CRM/ticket records; escalate issues to engineering; follow up for satisfaction and upsell opportunities; analyze feedback to improve product and processes; manage account details and occasional order/billing tasks.
