Manages client relationships and service delivery for managed security services engagements. Coordinates workstreams, contractual commitments, business reviews, reports, onboarding, remediation plans, and operational outcomes. Acts as the primary customer contact, communicates technical and investigative findings, supports renewals and budgeting, and identifies cyber and operational risks. Requires technical knowledge of cloud, networking, Windows, security operations, vulnerability scanning, and disaster recovery, with domestic travel up to 10%.

Serves as the primary client contact, communicates technical findings, supports onboarding and training, tracks contractual outcomes, and helps identify cyber and operational risks. Requires familiarity with cloud infrastructure, networking, Windows environments, security operations, vulnerability scanning, and disaster recovery.

Lead technical incident response efforts: support SentinelOne EDR deployment/troubleshooting, forensic collections, infrastructure recovery, backup validation, and remediation. Serve as escalation point, mentor staff, document findings, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and contribute technical details to strategic plans.
