The role combines hands-on coding, production debugging, technical documentation, mentoring senior engineers, quality measurement, and roadmap influence. Candidates need extensive intelligent-systems experience, generative AI production expertise, cloud-native development, data engineering familiarity, and cybersecurity exposure.

Partners with account executives to drive enterprise security sales through technical discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proofs of value, and solution design. Advises customers on security environments, networking, identity, cloud, endpoint, and XDR technologies; articulates business value and competitive differentiation; supports channel partners, webinars, and field events; manages the technical sales process and mentors new hires.

Lead and grow an enterprise Sales Engineering team in the Northeast, recruit and coach SEs, collaborate cross-functionally, drive technical sales campaigns and escalations, maintain AW platform knowledge, engage prospects and executives, and represent Arctic Wolf publicly at events.
