The Community Support Colleague provides support to guests with developmental disabilities through transportation, scheduling activities, and promoting community integration while maintaining records and assisting in goal achievement.

The Developmental Specialist focuses on implementing therapeutic programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges, including data management and personal care assistance.

Provide vocational counseling, job placement and employer outreach for LARE students. Deliver workshops, conduct mock interviews, maintain student records, coordinate employer events, arrange job shadows, follow up with graduates, and collaborate with case managers and community partners to meet placement goals.
