Leads HRIS and total rewards operations, owning UKG Pro configuration, integrations, data governance, reporting, benefits administration, compensation cycles, and vendor relationships. Directs open enrollment, renewals, audits, system controls, and potential HRIS replacement. Manages staff, resolves complex technical and benefits issues, advises senior leadership, and partners with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Supports the Thought Leadership team and national communications efforts through calendar coordination, meeting notes, same-day readouts, request intake and routing, media monitoring, and editorial calendar maintenance in Asana. The fellow provides administrative execution and follow-through while exercising discretion with sensitive executive- and board-related information. This is a six-month, part-time fellowship of up to 20 hours per week.

Lead launch and operation of the Explore Impact Hub: set strategic direction and theory of change, design and manage a portfolio of programs, oversee research and evaluation, cultivate national partnerships and field-building, recruit and lead the Hub team, manage budgets and operations, and serve as the Hub's primary external ambassador.
