Monitor and analyze a designated loan portfolio—especially dairy relationships—by reviewing covenants, borrowing base certificates, and financial statements. Identify trends and risks, validate collateral and inventory, prepare credit analyses, support underwriting and loan servicing actions, and present findings to account officers and committees. Manage a small book of credits, approve loans within delegated authority, and communicate with counterparties to ensure covenant compliance and accurate reporting.

Build and scale a greenfield digital lending platform with emphasis on front-end experience, cloud-native infrastructure, AI/ML integration, ServiceNow implementations, and mobile/web applications. Work across the full SDLC as a hands-on senior individual contributor, collaborate with product and design, perform code reviews, support QA and production, and integrate with partners and enterprise systems.

Build, configure, support, and maintain a new digital lending ecosystem. Gather and document requirements, perform system administration, integrations, data migrations, testing, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to implement cloud-native, AI/ML-enabled underwriting and enterprise application solutions.

Facilitate agile ceremonies, coach and remove impediments for delivery teams building a greenfield digital lending platform. Manage backlogs and sprints, coordinate with product, designers and vendors, ensure alignment with business goals, drive continuous improvement, and use Azure DevOps to track delivery of customer-facing front-end experiences.
