Lead peer-to-peer fundraising and event production to generate $620K+ annually. Coach staff and volunteers, cultivate donors and corporate partners, manage budgets and CRM platforms, forecast revenue, execute marketing and stewardship, partner with care services, attend events, and travel up to 50%.

Manage MarCom project intake and delivery for Development and Mission teams; advise on communications best practices; write and edit copy; develop content; contribute to marketing plans; track channel metrics and improve processes to meet organizational goals.

Manage day-to-day execution of digital product and service enablement: plan and deliver training, create and maintain enablement content and SOPs, run support operations analytics, manage project plans for system rollouts, and partner with Data & Technology and business stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
