Develops and executes digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, and web. Supports SEO, SEM, website updates, marketing automation, CRM workflows, conference promotion, scientific content creation, and campaign planning. Collaborates with internal teams, scientific and business leaders, and external vendors to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and growth across Alloy Therapeutics’ platforms and services.

Build and launch early-stage biotechnology companies focused on antibody-oligo conjugates and ex-hepatic delivery platforms. Partner with founders, scientists, key opinion leaders, investors, and biopharma collaborators to develop therapeutic assets, strategic plans, budgets, roadmaps, and scientific operations. Lead company formation, fundraising, partnerships, equity financing, and potential M&A transactions. The two-year role is expected to transition into a leadership position at a company formed during the engagement.

Lead a protein science team supporting therapeutic antibody discovery through mammalian protein expression, purification, characterization, and multispecific antibody engineering. Direct scientific strategy, high-throughput and milligram-scale production campaigns, process improvements, data capture, and technical issue resolution. Manage partner projects, timelines, budgets, proposals, status updates, and final presentations while collaborating with discovery, analytics, and pharmacology teams. Mentor scientists and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as an HR Business Partner to four to five divisions while leading company-wide recruiting, learning and development, compliance, and immigration. Advise leaders on organizational design, employee relations, workforce planning, and people matters. Own full-cycle recruiting through JazzHR, develop talent attraction strategies, create manager and employee training programs, and manage immigration casework with outside counsel. Provide broader HR support across compensation, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding during a planned team transition.

Conducts biophysical screening and analytical characterization of antibodies and other biologics. Designs high-throughput screening, stability, forced degradation, pre-formulation, and impurity characterization studies using advanced analytical techniques. Develops and validates methods, troubleshoots instrumentation, interprets data, and delivers developability packages supporting formulation and program decisions. Collaborates across multidisciplinary teams, mentors junior scientists, presents findings, and maintains laboratory compliance and records.

Execute protein science workflows for antibody discovery: transient transfection, recombinant DNA cloning, protein expression and purification, QC (aSEC, CE-SDS/SDS-PAGE, LAL), and data documentation. Optimize protocols, manage multiple cell lines and projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain lab safety and organization.

Conducts in vitro antibody discovery and optimization experiments, develops and improves screening platforms, analyzes experimental data, and supports lead identification and engineering. The role manages multiple projects, collaborates cross-functionally, documents findings, provides molecular biology expertise, contributes to high-throughput screening and assay development, and maintains an organized laboratory environment.

Manage legal operations, document and records systems, intake and workflow coordination, signature and closing logistics, and transaction support. Own filing, retention, and entity records, develop SOPs, track vendor billing, and help implement AI-enabled workflows to improve legal team efficiency while providing high-level administrative support to attorneys.
