Lead company formation, fundraising, partnerships, equity financing, and potential M&A transactions. The two-year role is expected to transition into a leadership position at a company formed during the engagement.

Lead a protein science team supporting therapeutic antibody discovery through mammalian protein expression, purification, characterization, and multispecific antibody engineering. Direct scientific strategy, high-throughput and milligram-scale production campaigns, process improvements, data capture, and technical issue resolution. Manage partner projects, timelines, budgets, proposals, status updates, and final presentations while collaborating with discovery, analytics, and pharmacology teams. Mentor scientists and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
