It also develops operating plans, reports performance to executives and the board, and builds high-performing global teams.

Leads Alkegen’s Industrial Solutions commercial organization, owning revenue and gross margin across global sales channels. Develops commercial excellence strategy, drives organic growth and customer market share, builds sales capabilities through recruiting and development, and aligns sales targets with financial performance. Partners cross-functionally to commercialize products and improve customer success. Requires extensive international sales leadership experience, technical product sales expertise, and frequent customer and plant travel, with two weeks per month in Dallas.
