Leads customer-facing value consulting engagements for financial institutions using platform usage data, benchmarks, KPIs, and industry trends. Translates business objectives into recommendations, value narratives, ROI-oriented insights, and client-ready presentations. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Relationship Management to support adoption, optimization, renewals, expansions, and retention. Responsibilities include identifying and closing six-figure deals with C-level banking executives, consultative selling, managing complex sales cycles, building strategic relationships, maintaining pipeline accuracy, collaborating with internal teams, and exceeding sales quotas.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Alkami's marketing products. Define roadmap, embed AI-driven personalization and audience intelligence, partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and revenue, recruit and develop product managers, and deliver scalable SaaS marketing and analytics solutions for financial institutions.
