Algorand Benefits Overview

We support our Employees with a total rewards program that goes above and beyond -- every Algonaut matters, and we show how much we appreciate and value them through our compensation, benefits, and amenities. Our compensation package is generous, including a competitive base salary (in fiat currency), an equity position in the organization, and a distribution program funded by our rewards. Our benefits programs are top tier, with 99.99% of benefits premiums paid for by the Company. Our US Algonauts pay only $1 a year for medical (BCBS-MA), dental (Delta), and vision (VSP) each. We cover all in-network deductibles, and our copays remain low. Our international Algonauts receive generous allowances for supplemental plans outside of their statutory benefits programs. We provide multiple amenities, including monthly snack deliveries when working from home, regular learning opportunities and access to online course libraries, fitness reimbursements, and parental support programs. We have partnered with US-based vendors to provide quick ship-to-home office furniture (and help our our international Algonauts order in-country), and provide funding for public transportation, ride-sharing, and parking for those that work in our Boston Office.
