Drives membership growth through strategic prospecting, recruitment campaigns, community development, pipeline management, interviews, events, and onboarding. Oversees membership databases, reporting, campaigns, waitlists, cohorts, and selection committee follow-up. Builds relationships with prospective and current members, represents the club at events, develops community partnerships, and supports market research and special projects. Requires strong hospitality leadership, client-facing communication, analytical, organizational, and team-management skills.
