Prioritizes backlogs, creates user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinates releases, supports development and QA, conducts user acceptance testing, resolves production issues, develops training materials, and guides analysts. Partners with underwriting, IT, actuarial, operations, billing, claims, and other stakeholders to improve workflows, compliance, system functionality, and user experience.

Supervises the Payroll Services Support team supporting underwriting operations. Oversees daily workflows, quality assurance, performance metrics, workload distribution, training, coaching, and process improvement. Partners with underwriting stakeholders to maintain service, production, customer-service, and quality objectives while improving operational efficiency and ensuring underwriting integrity.
