Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, manufacturing, and logistics teams in a remote, scaling organization.

Design, build, and run a global commercial training and enablement program for sales, field applications, and commercial teams. Develop onboarding, product/scientific/sales curricula, create e-learning and live training, perform field enablement, coordinate cross-functionally, and measure training effectiveness to accelerate ramp time and commercial performance.
