Develop and execute territory sales strategies across Northeast academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, and government accounts. Build customer relationships, present precision proteomics technology, manage complex sales cycles, generate leads, maintain CRM data, forecast accurately, and meet commercial targets. The role also partners cross-functionally on product development and supports expansion of the commercial organization.

Own sales and revenue operations execution, including territory and compensation administration, Salesforce enhancement coordination, CRM data governance, sales training, pipeline hygiene, forecasting support, KPI reporting, order and backlog tracking, revenue reconciliation, contract monitoring, and new-hire systems provisioning. Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, manufacturing, and logistics teams in a remote, scaling organization.
