Calibrate and quality-control radiotherapy equipment and sealed sources, validate treatment plans and dose calculations, implement QA processes, manage incident prevention and risk assessment, supervise equipment installation and acceptance testing, and provide staff training and radiation safety oversight.

Regional operations leader responsible for P&L, driving revenue growth and profitability, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team performance across multiple sites. Partners with sales on account development, manages budgets and forecasts, coaches staff, and supports business development and quality/safety initiatives. Requires heavy local travel and oversight of HR lifecycle and performance metrics.
