Work with prospects and customers to understand technical needs, deliver tailored demos, proofs-of-concept, and solution architectures for Akuity's GitOps platform. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope implementations, collect requirements, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the buying lifecycle.

Provide technical support to open-source and enterprise customers across channels; troubleshoot Kubernetes and Argo issues; escalate to engineering; improve documentation, support playbooks, and scalable processes; develop deep expertise in GitOps and Akuity’s offerings.

Manage the growth and engagement of Open Source communities for Argo CD and Kargo. Execute community strategies and coordinates events while collaborating with engineering and marketing teams.

As a Solutions Architect, you will bridge pre-sales, customer success, and technical support, helping customers with the Akuity Platform and contributing to open-source projects like Argo CD. You'll drive technical discovery, deliver presentations, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop tools to enhance customer experience.

Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts through onboarding, adoption, and renewal. Serve as trusted advisor, run executive reviews, drive time-to-value, enable customer advocacy, align cross-functional teams, and support upsell/expansion.
