Own end-to-end MW lifecycle (registration, offers, dispatch, settlement), build market protocols and tools, engage regulators and ISO/RTO stakeholders, support GTM with commercial intelligence, and lead an Energy Markets team. Use data, modeling, and Python/SQL to optimize performance and inform strategic prioritization.

Owner of RevOps for an early-stage energy software company: build inbound/outbound pipeline, own HubSpot CRM and automations, enable sales with content and workflows, integrate GTM tools, use AI (Claude Enterprise) to scale operations, and develop reporting and campaign execution.

Serve as operational glue for the founding team, supporting cofounders and CEO across events, executive support, recruiting coordination, virtual office management, culture and team development, and cross-functional special projects. Own event planning, board logistics, weekly meeting coordination, onboarding and review processes, and ad hoc projects spanning marketing, finance, and customer operations.
