Owns end-to-end creative production across concurrent experiential programs, managing graphics grids, asset libraries, timelines, approvals, proofs, quality control, print and fabrication vendors, swag production, budgets, freelancers, and onsite installation checks. The role ensures creative assets are on brand, on spec, on time, and within budget while improving production systems and coordinating internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.

Creates production-ready graphic design across brand identity, presentations, print, digital, environmental graphics, large-format signage, and event collateral. Prepares files for vendors and fabricators, maintains brand consistency, develops concepts and mockups, manages multiple deadlines, and collaborates with Art Direction, Production, Creative, and Growth teams. The role also presents work, incorporates feedback, maintains organized files, and supports experiential marketing projects in a fully remote environment.
