Addgene Benefits Overview

Leads full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, applicant tracking, and onboarding while serving as a strategic HR advisor to assigned teams. Provides guidance on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, engagement, performance management, policies, and organizational effectiveness. Analyzes workforce trends and metrics, supports change management and inclusion initiatives, ensures employment-law compliance, and drives positive candidate and employee experiences.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Uses NetSuite and Excel to develop reports, reconcile data, support month-end close, and improve FP&A processes. Partners with Finance, Accounting, executives, and department leaders to identify risks and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and prepare Board and Audit Committee materials. Supports grant, program, capital, audit, and tax reporting in a nonprofit life sciences environment.

Own and improve Addgene’s BigQuery data warehouse, including data modeling, documentation, quality validation, and pipeline development. Build reliable datasets, establish data definitions and engineering standards, integrate internal data sources, automate repetitive work, and support dashboards and reporting. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, dbt experience, proactive problem-solving, code review participation, and the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
