Adams Clinical Benefits Overview

Supports participant prescreening, eligibility triage, enrollment, informed consent preparation, visit scheduling, participant flow, clinical procedures, source documentation, and EDC data entry for psychiatric and neurologic clinical trials. Maintains study files, logs, and regulatory documentation in compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP, and site procedures. Performs vital signs, urine drug screens, HbA1c testing, and phlebotomy with training provided while collaborating with clinicians and research coordinators.

Conduct psychiatric and medical intake assessments for prospective clinical-trial participants, determine eligibility across multiple protocols, explain suitable studies, obtain informed consent, coordinate follow-up, and document clinical rationale and enrollment decisions. The role requires sound diagnostic judgment, rapport-building, persuasive communication, multitasking, and collaboration with enrollment leads to meet screening and enrollment goals.
