Leads operations across multiple territories or projects, directing Operations Managers and Supervisors while ensuring consistent service delivery, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Oversees budgets, forecasting, reporting, labor costs, staffing, compliance, and process improvements. Coaches leaders, manages client escalations, supports business development, and implements strategic initiatives. Regular travel between offices, operating units, and project sites is expected. Drug and alcohol testing is required.
