The role requires strong communication, multitasking, de-escalation, time management, product learning, and availability for evening or weekend shifts. It is primarily remote and customer-facing, with interactions occupying over 80% of the workday.

Serve as the Instructor of Record for New York online insurance prelicensing courses: attest to course completion records, handle occasional student questions and administrative correspondence, and maintain active licensure and instructor credentials.
